Shipping + Delivery

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Orders must be placed by 9am EST Monday-Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday and usually takes 2-7 business days to deliver via Canada Post. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00. We ship to Canada and the United States.

• Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Melt Skincare is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages. 
• Please be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Melt Skincare assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
• Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return your unopened and unused items. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping fees. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
• Any kits or sets are ineligible for return.
