Return + Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Melt Skincare purchase! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please send an email at info@meltskincare.com within 14 days of your date of purchase and we will provide you with our mailing information. Simply return the unopened item and we will be happy to refund you or exchange the item.

We only accept unopened and unused items for returns and exchanges. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those packages that are shipped outside of Canada.

Please note that any kits and sets are final sale and ineligible for return. Only items purchased on www.meltskincare.com may be accepted for return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
